Streetwalker: Oscar Wilde & Pocahontas
By Britt Aboutaleb Friday, May 1, 2009 / 10:39 AM
Fay, 21, design student at Parson’s in Paris
Got her: On the way to play model for a friend’s senior project.
Stalked her: Because she’s wearing full length everything, which is super difficult to pull off, and makes it look perfect with boots.
Shot her: Because her dress isn’t just full length but nude which usually spells disaster. It hails from Brooklyn and was clearly made for this girl.
She said: “But I feel like I don’t look good at all today! I think I’d say my style is as if a British dandy were to become a Native American.
We said: That trumps every style description we’ve ever heard.

She looks like an old lady stepping outside to get the paper.
very cute, but 50 bucks says that jacket itches like hell.
I really don’t like it and have to agree with #1. http://isnotfashion.blogspot.com/
outfit= no.
hair and makeup= major yes.
I don’t like boots with long lengths; it’s my proportion rule. Cute hair though.
i REALLY adore this one!
The boots aren’t doing it for me. Like the dress and like the sweater, just not together.
NO!!! to the “no boots with long lengths rule. it’s so great proportionally-speaking! So french! Please give it another try!
She’s gorgeous.
I reall dont like a lot of the outfits you guys pick for the streetwalkers.
I feel like it would have looked better had she left the sweater at home, but she’s so gorgeous she almost pulls it off anyway.
Guest #8, I thought about it again but it would have to be something like this

and vintage cowboy boots.
I wish I could pull this off. You’re right – that dress was made for her.
I think the outfit is truly unique and your interviewer really knows how to pick the most interesting styles.
