The fresh prince thing is not new. its been going on for like 2 years now.
Very interesting article about Martin Margiela. We’ve all heard the rumors and I for one am reluctant to believe them, due to the fact that I adore the designer and consider him and his brand to be one of the most influential and important fashion maisons in the world. I did read in WWD that he is very much involved in the fragrance that is to be unveiled in Paris in October.
As for his replacement? As much as I enjoy Raf’s collections and Haider’s quirky-ness, I do not approve. I rather have the house close, knowing that the designer who is still alive but not designing, than pretend to appreciate the Maison in the direction of new creativity.
