We think we’ve found our new Fashion Week between-show hangout: The Porch.

Ever since we moved to NYC all those years ago, we’ve missed late summer afternoons and evenings chilling on the porch, cold cocktail in hand. And what do you know? We’re apparently not alone.

In a somewhat random, but welcome, celebration of Southwest Airlines now offering flights to LaGuardia (which is super awesome because we became obsessed with the airline during our west coast years) they’ve opened The Porch in the middle of Bryant Park, offering small plates and drinks. And it will indeed be there come mid-September when we’ll be posting up for the week, especially since Tom Colicchio’s overseeing the food.

We’ll be the ones on the laptops sipping pinot grigio. Be sure to say hi.
