We’ve been trying hard (and failing miserably) to not complain about the rain. We can’t help it. This sucks and it’s eating away at our summer.

But we’ve often found in the past, that as soon as we buy a new umbrella, it stops raining and vice versa. Case in point, the torrential downpour we got stuck in yesterday in Soho, sans any sort of protective gear. So we’re going to make some moves on that front and purchase ourselves some.

And even if it doesn’t work, at least we’ll have one of these super cute little ladies from Fred Flare when the skies open up again. They can’t help but brighten up the gloomiest of June days, right? Because we need some majoring brightening, along with a solid helping of Vitamin D.
