Pretty dress and very nice earrings. I can really see those being worn with a much more vamped up look as well as with the more casual day dress.

she has great style. I love when people mix it up to avoid looking too costumey. Hippy + 30s is a good example.
As for not looking 31... 31 is still young, and honestly, if you gathered a bunch of women aged 24-34, I bet most people would have a hard time putting them in order from oldest to youngest...
