Based only on the two above pictures, I would have to say that Cat's attitude lets her pull of that dress far better than Freja.

I can't believe anyone would think Cat, Freja looks infinitely cooler. Check out Cats boring, cheesy posing. Freja's pose illustrates the beauty of the dress. Cat could be wearing anything.
