The streets of Soho were lined with people waiting for a Gossip Girl glimpse.
And we couldn’t have had better luck, walking up just as Blake and Leighton filmed a scene that found them sauntering up Prince St having a somewhat heated, though not entirely angry, discussion. A truck moved out of the way just as they stopped in front of the Karen Millen store and we were able to snag a pretty decent shot.
What do you think of Blair’s footwear? Of course, I’m totally obsessed with Serena’s maxi dress.

Not a fan of the outfits. They don’t look like they fit the characters for the setting. Especially Blair’s shoes. Would Serena wear a maxi dress in the city? What does the clutch go with?

We didn’t see any of the boys. Though we heard Penn was around. Maybe he was just hanging with his lady. The show is shooting again tomorrow so here’s hoping for a sighting.

The shoes could be really cute if they were wingtips/oxfords like a really chic twist on the saddle shoe for all us prepsters out there? ….if not then they totes remind me of the Sketchers heeled sneakers circa like ’95!!

WOW! I saw that Rag and Bone dress at Barneys the other day and didn’t bother to try it on cause it wasn’t that impressive on the hanger. It looks way better on!!!

Ed Westwick and Leighton Meester were filming a scene about an hour and a half ago outside the Barney’s on Wooster. Ed was wearing a full suit and Leighton’s dress is gorgeous in person!
Yes, heard Chuck was in the mix later in the day/evening. And there was an orange pocket square involved. Yum. Let’s hope he’s there again when I check out the set tomorrow! Do send pics if any of you have them: abby@fashionista.com

The shoes look like a mix of Fendi + DKNY S/S – how could they pair such a sporty pair with her brocade dress? (Is that brocade? I can’t tell.)
Only really like the dresses – Blair’s accessories look so random. The fashion on GG is becoming a bit too much of a feature for my liking, like they’re getting too many big products and pieces on the screen at once.
