Garance Doré posted this picture on her blog on Thursday, with the title, “Don’t Tell Me You Don’t See It!”
She’s referring to the new, blonder bits in her always gorgeous curly hair after undergoing a particular varnish treatment, but what you can’t say you don’t see is the giant diamond on her left-hand ring finger.
The next day, Scott Schuman posted this picture on The Sartorialist and called it “Garance Doré in Full Summer Beauty” — the ring’s still there, just tucked under her hand.
A few commenters on both sites have spotted the ring, but we’re still waiting for a proper announcement so that we can start imagining the most fashion-obsessed wedding ever – photographed by Tommy Ton maybe?

Pretty tacky of them to carry on their affair so publicly…I remember all this stuff about them traveling and working together…how could anyone NOT see this coming?

Hey, why are you American girls so crazy about engagement and marriage and stuff? I am a french girl and I can tell you one thing : we don’t make any big deal out of marriage and above all, we don t live to get a ring. Get over it !
It isn’t an affair, he is no longer with the mother of his children. There is nothing wrong with seeing your father date other women, he is a person too, and is entitled to his own personal life.
What is it with you French girls and grand sweeping assumptions?

Guest 6, i think the other commenters are saying that because Scott was married and started a very public affair and left his wife of like, 15 years (who supported him with his showroom etc) for Garance. And now they publicly express their love for one another (anyone remember the ‘i can’t work my camera but i’m still really good in bed’ interview?) and show no shame.
I don’t support this couple at-all.
