Mid-Day Snack

edandleightonforaskenquired.jpgBass Alert! We have yet to personally spy our fair Chuck in the ‘hood shooting this season. But thankfully Nylon offers up a scrumptious fix today in the form of a multi-image foreign ad campaign in their Korean edition, with Miss Waldorf of course. Man, we can’t wait for season 3 to start. {Nylon}

Carrie Bradshaw, The Sequel: SJP is back to shooting SATC, complete with a gold metal Chanel clutch. {Jezebel}

Renaissance Girl: Daisy Lowe talks W-burg, her jewelry line, why she likes to look like a china doll, and making toilets. {W}

Ugh. Just Ugh: You know how we feel about Megan Fox, so you can understand how this news makes us horribly distraught. Really, Mr. Armani? Really? {Fashionologie}

Ruh Roh: Another PR girl is in trouble with the law, this time for allegedly stealing jewelry. Do people really think they’re not going to get caught? It simply baffles us. {NY Post}

Is Bloomberg Next? Elle UK put Boris Johnson, mayor of London, on a special edition cover. Our own mayor is in the middle of a campaign…and we know he and Anna are tight. Just sayin’. {Telegraph UK}

I'm sorry, but Megan Fox is a lot cuter and less annoying than stupid hipster girls that wear giant fake glasses and live in Williamsburg...which is what the majority of people at Fashionista (writers & commenters) think is ideal. Just saying.

Ideal? Have you lost your mind? Talk about stereotypes...

i'd revise the "ugh, just ugh" to "ew, just ew." my distaste for miss fox is in-line with fashionista's. I see how she has sex appeal, hence why she's being considered for an underwear campaign, but I don't personally find her FACE at all beautiful.

Rihanna and Megan Fox?!?! Not even close. Rihanna takes interesting risks and has a style all her own, Megan is styled by someone (who does everyone else in Hollywood) and wears sexay clothes while sticking her tounge out and making sex faces in photos, and makes ridiculous comments to the media about how hard it is to be so, so sexy. Rihanna keeps to herself and has class.

Megan Fox is gross.

And Rihanna doesn't talk about the power of her vagina to reporters.

@ #3: 'Ugh' is, phonetically, 'ew.' Maybe I'm just not understanding your comment, though.

No. 4 that is a ridiculous comparison. I can't think of anything that those two have in common, other than they are both women?
P.S When I read that a PR woman had been caught stealing jewelry the first thing that came to mind was "Project Runway". Perhaps I should be too embarrassed to admit that...

I love SJP's necklace in that picture. Anyone know where it's from?

I think the best description of Megan Fox I've heard so far came from a review of that movie she jiggled in slow motion for:

"Megan Fox? Someone on MetaFilter said it best: 'In an early episode of thirtysomething, Elliot did a riff on how microwave ovens impart all the abstract qualities of heat to food - yet somehow not genuine hotness.' Yeah, that."
