So in the midst of last night’s insanity, we ran all the way down to Rachel Antonoff’s magical presentation at the Henry Street Playhouse on Pitt & Grand.
The theater’s stage featured a balance beam, swings, vanities and books for the collection of models – and Arrested Development‘s Alia Shawkat – to play with during the presentation.
Her SS10 collection was inspired, as usual, by ballerinas and their off-duty uniforms which translates to playful girl clothes – black lace dresses, blousy tops with little shorts and even a tutu or too styled by PAPER‘s Julia Frakes.
A charming start to a hectic week.
