The stylist put it on Duff, so I don't blame her for the failure. The dress is awful, though. It calls to my mind a tablecloth on Anna and Duff. Probably looks better on Wintour.

duff is filming a (tv) movie wearing the dress. at least give some background about why, she's not filming GG or out for a walk..but working. Duff is not chubby but the dress is not flattering on either.
