This morning, we’re still reeling from last night’s turducken, but the British Fashion Council’s attending to much more important matters.

They’ve released a short list of nominees for their new awards, the British Fashion Awards, which take place in London on December 9th.

While some categories are conspicuously empty, they’ve listed the following:

Top Model: Daisy Lowe, Georgia Jagger and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

Best Accessory Designer: Katie Hillier, Nicholas Kirkwood and Emma Hill for Mulberry

Emerging Ready-to-Wear Talent: Mark Fast, Meadham Kirchoff and Peter Pilotto

Designer Brand: Burberry, Mulberry and Pringle of Scotland

You can still vote for British Fashion Icon, most popular so far are Alex McQueen and Alexa Chung, but we’re dying to know who’ll win the Isabella Blow award for “Fashion Creator;” those are big shoes to fill.
