Isnt the point of excitement that you can not control when it happens? Like being offended, or having chocolate cravings, it is a reaction. Shouldnt marketing folks know how to play to that?

It is exciting because it's participatory and can be, although not always is, original.
Comments like this from a fashion consulting company are funny. It's social media that will make them obsolete.

geez comment like can only come from france.really, what do we expect - they only have 2 tv channels and those are strictly in french only, no other language allowed and heir internet deal(or whatever they have there) sucks .basically what he is saying is: internet? - iz zee thing english do, we dont - we are french!!!
