Oh come on Cathy. All the news reports have said Lacroix is owed $1,770,000 because he’s worked for free for the house for 18 months. So, he was making like a million dollars a year from Lacroix alone before all this went down (and he does other projects as well).
It’s sad his house has closed, but he’s probably done pretty well himself.
