I asked Joe Montana for his autograph once, after cheering in the 49er Hall of Fame game my sophomore year of high school, but aside from that one lapse of judgment, I’ve never understood autographs.
However, if you were the kid who asked all the characters at Disneyland to sign your autograph book and now you’re the grown up who asks designers to autograph show programs (we’ve seen you), or if you know someone who’s just dying to have Valentino’s signature, break out your wallet. The producers of Valentino: The Last Emperor, are selling limited quantities of autographed DVDs.
Discs signed by Valentino cost $149, signed by director Matt Tyraneur and if you really want to go crazy, you can get a copy signed by both for $199. (Click on the links to place your order.)
Now if they threw in a pug, we’d be first in line.
