Barbie’s been having a fashion resurgence for quite a while now. From Italian Vogue to foosball tables to designer editions.
But this just may be our favorite yet.
Rei Kawakubo is dressing Barbie in a photo print dress (which we would kill to own ourselves) that is tied into Comme des Garçons “Jingle Flowers” holiday collection. That Barbie is really such a lucky lady.
It’s limited edition, of course, and launched in Tokyo last week and will soon be available at all Comme des Garçons shops.
Someone send one to Tavi, stat.
