In case you didn’t know, tomorrow is Human Rights Day which we’re guessing is kinda like Christmas at the Jolie-Pitt chateau.
It also happens to be very important to Alice Temperley. She collaborated with Amnesty International to make this candle that smells pretty amazing–a mix of blackcurrant, rose, jasmine, patchouli and vanilla. It also bears the Chinese proverb, “Better to light a candle than curse the darkness” which we rather like too.
All of the proceeds from sales of the candle go directly to Amnesty. You can buy them at Temperley boutiques, www.temperleylondon.com, or www.amnestyshop.org.uk.
In other Temperley news, they’re having a “Naughty & Nice” event at their New York store this weekend. Along with Alice’s Cruise designs and accessories there will be goods from Fenton Fallon and Kiki de Montparnasse. Plus, there’s a raffle with tons of gift cards and one big prize of a cocktail party for you and 15 friends at the Kiki boutique.
Details after the jump.
