Everyone who works in fashion knows that when it comes to this industry, there’s an abundance of girls and gays and a dearth of straight men.
Well casting director Douglas Perrett — of COACD fame — decided to round-up his picks of the industry’s hottest straight men and shoot them for what he’s dubbed a “malendar”. Genius.
Perrett, along with creative director David Covell, designed the limited edition 2010 calendar. Photographed by Kathy Lo, there are 13 pin-ups in all.

The “Straight Shooter” line-up is as follows: Jason Nocito (cover), Hugh Lippe (January), Chris Shonting (February), Paul Maffi (March), Kai Regan (April), Alex Beck (May), Colin Dodgson (June), Sebastian Kim (July), Tim Barber (August), Cameron Krone (September), Kenneth Cappello (October), Mark Squires (November) and Dan Martensen (December).
