Fall 2010 New York
David Neville & Marcus Wainwright Designed My Dream Wardrobe
By Britt AboutalebRag & Bone’s AW10 collection was awesome.
There were plaids and tweeds and military style fanny packs and killer booties topped with chunky scarves, layered over thin turtlnecks with bits of shearling and loads of buckles. There were navys and forest greens and deep reds, with plenty of black and even some brown. There were loose sweater dresses and tight mini skirts, brilliant capes and perfectly tailored jackets.
But what made the collection perfect, was the impeccable styling from Vanessa Reid. Stylist Keegan Singh said he was so impressed that he spent the rest of the day researching her, “She was Marie-Amelie’s assistant. I know everything about her now, ask me anything!”
He’s talking about Marie-Amelie Sauve, the French Vogue contributor who styles Balenciaga and everything else cool and perfect, a trait Reid obviously absorbed.
This show–the clothes and the styling–elevated Rag & Bone to a new level.

Thanks so much!
well, that's embarrassing.
1. the song is from my friend's college band which, sadly, doesn't exist anymore!
2. do they make tripods for flip cams? if you buy me one, i'll use it (and probably get kicked out of shows)

Britt: if there's any way you can post the MP3 of the song… that would be amazing! I love it!
