Fashionista’s Fashion Week Survival Packs

fashion week essentials.jpgFashion Week starts tomorrow, sort of, and we’ve spent the weekend resting, hydrating, exercising, eating and gathering our survival packs.
Some things – water, caffeine, internet access – are obvious necessities.
Everything else – scarves, candy, inspiration – stuffed into our bags is there to keep us sane, smiling and looking at least somewhat pulled together.

    When I was modeling, I found my blackberry was the most important item (complete with google maps and hopstop.com). That, along with granola bars, water, Pret a Manger, makeup remover, skin moisturizer, umbrellas, and SUPER TALL HEELS to be verrrry important.

    ah! i can’t decide whose is my favorite. at first i was leaning toward kate, just because of the giles sunglasses. but they’re all so great! and not just for fashion week, too.

    As much as I love Fashionista it’s the “Fashion Week is so crazy and exhausting” postings that make me want to gag. I am a buyer for one of the big B stores and I loathe fashion week and all the nonsense complaints and hoopla that surrounds it. I prefer style.com much more than any show. barf barf barf. Sorry Fashionista still love you gals.
