John Patrick Shows Organic in an Igloo Made of Hangers
By Britt Aboutaleb
Getting dressed for the first day of New York Fashion Week would’ve been ten times easier if we’d already had John Patrick’s Organic collection in our closet.
We loved the tailored pink hotpants, and the fitted coats, and the leather t-shirt dresses. We’ve already attempted the retro hair and coveted the equally vintage color palette.
But it’s the plastic hanger backdrop we want to build at home.
The scene was set with interlocking plastic hangers forming a cocoon around the collection–a genius use of something one would usually just toss.
