Marni’s sheer tights confirmed what Prada‘s knitted socks foreshadowed: Knee highs are back in a big way for fall.

I haven’t worn knee high socks since eighth grade, which was also the last time I wore a plaid kilt, another top trend.

I plan on layering mine over textured tights. And maybe even with a bare leg for early fall.
