Last night, Jeffrey Kalisnky threw his annual Jeffrey Cares benefit aboard the Intrepid, the WWII ship turned museum that’s docked on the Hudson river.
A runway was carved around the helicopters and other equipment, making room for Chad White and Garrett Neff to model Jeffrey’s wares, including Givenchy, Gucci and Balenciaga. The less clothes each wore, the more the crowd cheered — a crowd that included Lorenzo Martone, Prabal Gurung, Carson Kressley, Bravo’s Andy Cohen and a trio of models, Sessilee Lopez, Hana Soukapova and Candice Swanepoel.
The live and silent auctions raised more money than ever for the four HIV/AIDS charities it supports, thanks to auction prizes like trips to Costa Rica and Switzerland. Not to mention the sparkly Miu Miu bag that went for almost $2500.
Which is kind of silly, considering it’s still at their Prince Street store for $1600.
