buyer 2. I’m not. I didn’t buy any of it last season.
buyer 1. I did, but I didn’t reach my $50,000 minimum. I had to swear on my life I’d go over their minimum buy this season so that they’d let me in.

Post-YSL, a gentleman tried to explain the concept of a runway show to his lady-friend.

dude. You know the thing is they actually only sell accessories.
lady. Wow really? So what was all that other stuff?
dude. Well they can’t just put a purse on the runway, so they hire a designer to make the clothes, but no one actually wears them. Except at like, you know, at the Oscars or something.
lady. That is like, so fascinating.
