While the city of Paris will participate in the second annual Fashion’s Night Out come September 10, 2010, those eager to do a spot of shopping while there this fashion week should visit Palais Royal’s party this evening.
The chic shopping center, which includes stores like Stella McCartney, Acne and Marc Jacobs, will stay open until 9pm tonight. And there will be plenty of cool little events going on: Didier Ludot will reveal Maryam Mahdavi’s latest collection and Acne will host a screening of a short film by fashion photographer Andreas Larsson.
We also suggest you pop by Corto Moltedo‘s boutique. The sharp, sexy handbag line is designed by Gabriele Corto Moltedo, whose parents formerly owned Bottega Veneta. The bags are made in Italy in Moltedo’s own factory, which means they’re not as crazy-expensive as some other high-end handbags. What’s more, they’re a bit edgier. We especially love the cassette tape clutch. It’s been around for some time now, but it still looks cool. Enjoy!
