Costello Tagliapietra’s designed 14 dresses for Uniqlo.
The capsule collection hits stores May 20th and prices range from just $29 to $39.
When we interviewed Robert Tagliapietra and Jeffrey Costello last year, they said they’d love to do a lower priced line, on one condition, “I’d love to do that and gear it towards women,” Robert said. “But…designers and the industry are targeting this fifteen-year-old girl, though the person who can afford it’s more like thirty, forty.”
Which is probably why the boys didn’t partner with Target, or even H&M. Their styles for Uniqlo are both grown up and sleek, and that’s why they’re so well loved in the first place.

I want these. I hate most fast-fashion places but I could do Uniqlo and these dresses are too good. I want a Uniqlo in San Francisco or at least on-line. Does anyone know will they ship from Japan or where can I get these on the West Coast.
i've heard that uniqlo will ship to you from the soho store if you call and ask…anyone know if that's true?

I love the dresses! They don't look like they're for 15 years old though! The price range is just right, but if they can lower it down , why not? :)
Just called and they said they will not ship the Iniqlo dresses. :(
