Lenox Corportation’s partnered with Marchesa’s Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig to design tableware.
They’re calling it “a couture tabletop collection” and so far, there are eight patterns of bone china–each one’s inspired by a Marchesa dress. We’re just guessing at left, but the winding gold threads on the French Lace plate look just like look 24 from the SS10 collection.
But they haven’t just made plates, they’ve included stemware and giftware (which we’re guessing means platters and other extra-large tableware). Lenox bills itself as a bridal brand, which sort of explains the partnership. Georgina explains, “We could not ask for a better partner than Lenox to materialize our vision into impeccable dinnerware.”
We’ve waited for Marchesa’s expansion. Where’s the girly fragrance? The perfect party shoes? Plates are the last thing we’d expect.
They’ll launch the line with a Georgina Chapman-hosted party tomorrow night, and post pictures and interviews on their Facebook page.

Plates are also indication of one's station in life. I bet this one will be very expensive that getting one is like having an LV in your closet!
