Gap's new pant initiative is featured in this morning's WWD, but we're more interested in the barely mentioned Pierre Hardy shoes.
There appear to be two for fall, so far. A black laced-up bootie has a wedge heel and either two types of leather or plain leather trim on top of suede. The other, a chocolate brown style laces about a quarter way up the calf with a tan rubber sole. There's no word on price points, but they'll probably fall into the $150-$200 range like last fall's collection. Last fall's collection, however, never quite made it into stores on their scheduled day, and later trickled into one or two Gaps across the city, so it'd be great if these actually made it into Gap stores.
Meanwhile, the article mentions shearling and leather aviator jackets so we're placing all of our bets on Patrick Robinson to make something great, for less than $3000.
