Which is why Preen was positioned so thoughtfully between SUNO and Michael Angel, another print-heavy label.

This is Michael‘s first resort collection, and it’s really special. Along with signature prints in a burst of colors–warm ruddy pink, gold, blue–there were silk basics, something that worked well with the busier textiles.

I particularly loved a pair of magenta trousers, as well as a warm lipstick pink silk blouse.

What’s more, the wilder dresses and blouses were cut in flattering, waist-cinching styles, which means most bodies could pull them off.
