4. Tom Ford Eyewear
Breaking News: Tom Ford’s Fall eyewear ads feature only one nipple and no naked people. We thought the day Ford starts using clothed people in his ads would herald the apocalypse. But alas, his Fall shots are looking extremely strong. Starring Freja Beha Erichsen and Nicolas Hoult, the ads are brooding and mysterious, while retaining Ford’s signature Seventies glamor.

We are in agreement. I wrote about three out of your top four on my blog, and I also giggled at the Moschino pirate ads. I'm not mad at the Italo Calvino reference either.

You know your goddess, Anna Dello Russo, styled the Moschino campaign, right?
Fendi's ads remind me of Bottega Veneta's. I thought that was what it was before i read the designer. Girl packing to leave, lamenting guy, rustic setting etc. Like this…

Totally agree about the Moschino styling, what were they thinking?!
They all seemed safe. All concepts I've seen with the brands before. Beautiful. But very safe
I just love Julieanne Moore. Add really cute lion cubs and atmospheric stuff and this is one great image. Didn't really notice the bag much. It is a lot less interesting than everything else in the shot. The image of the model in the Celine ad looks more like a mug shot. Either that, or she's having a very bad day in her ugly jacket.
The best is Versace; worst is Chanel…

The Hermes ads are taken from “The Highwayman.” When you realize this the campaign takes on a whole new sophistication and elegance. They are beautiful. And, Julianne Moore makes one stop dead in your tracks and really look at the merchandise. Sorry to disagree, my perspective is from the elegance & style point of view.
wasn't Chanel shot on Orchard? Not Soho?
I think so.
