Tom Colicchio recently opened an outpost of his yuppie sandwich shop in the Atrium at Lincoln Center, according to our good friends at Racked NY. We recommend the Gruyere with caramelized onions on rye, which is essentially a French onion sandwich. Or the marinated white anchovies, soft-cooked egg, roasted onion, salsa verde and frisée on country bread.
