17. US Vogue
Sometimes I wonder what to do with US Vogue. So much potential, so few results. This issue was supposed to be iconic, Halle Berry being the first black woman on the September cover since 1989. But reusing Sienna Miller’s failed wig attempt from The September Issue on Halle Berry is generally a bad idea. Halle is famous for her short hair, and Vogue would be making an equally huge statement (fashion-wise at least) putting a woman with cropped hair on its cover. (Which we can’t remember the last time that happened.) Also, the obvious photoshopping is always a negative.
