Good news that Sarah Ziff has taken up the baton to form a professional organisation helping and representing models. It’s something that appears to be sorely needed, especially with so many very young girls being recruited. Agencies and employers act according to their own interests – an organisation that can set basic conditions and rates of pay and help members in disputes will especially help the large bulk of models not in the position to name their own terms.
