Is Elle Moving to New Jersey?: Apparently Lagardère, who owns Elle, is considering two offers for the mag: one from Hearst and one from German publisher, Bauer. While Bauer publishes several mags overseas, they also publish titles in the US, namely tabloid weeklies In Touch and Life & Style, out of their US headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey (we know this because one time we worked at Bauer for three weeks–and that commute sucks so much).
