Fashion’s New It-Girls
By Sarah Ferguson and Tara Lamont-Djite
Every year there’s a new slew of gorgeous, fashion forward, model-type girls that we get slightly obsessed with. From the cool way they style their vintage finds and lust-worthy designer duds, to the fashion shows and parties that they always seem to attend, we’ll admit it, these are the girls we’d love to trade lives with. Here’s who we’ll be keeping our eyes on this year; if only for style tips.

Digging the Love sisters and Lily Kwong’s style.
Lily is beautiful on and off the pages of Vogue.
I love LOVE this article! It makes us more exposed to the up-and-comers- who are all absolutely fab! Great coverage.
Always have a hard time being in awe of girls who basically just have impressive parentage/connections and a ton of money. Gah.
BUT I love Emily Weiss. She’s amazing and Into The Gloss is a bookmarked feature.
This is the most ridiculous article I’ve ever read. Girls with a lot of money and connections – GROUNDBREAKING. And, the lack of diversity is almost offensive.
I have to agree with 12345 and Arushi. If my parents had loads of cash and I wanted to be, what, a designer, a jeweler, I could certainly pull that off, **and** have great clothes on my back. Show me some beautiful young women who are struggling to make it in NYC, and have great style, and put that style together with Zara and Forever21, with some real thrift shops thrown in — and I’ll cheer them on!
I like your idea but minus the forever21 and Zara bit. Just because that would already set the status low….
Thanks for your comment, Kristen. I understand your point, but the point I’m trying to make is that style doesn’t have to be based upon a price tag.
Love Edie!
