Krupp Group Seeks Office Coordinator!

Boutique fashion and accessories public relations agency Krupp Group seeks a full-time employee to assist in daily management of the office and President Cindy Krupp.

Essential duties:
-Answer telephone & door
- Keep calendar for schedule of Krupp Group staff
-Sorting mail and managing main office email account

-Update master media list and various Krupp Group documents
-Update business contacts in database
-Support Office Manager with intern program
-Support Office Manager with office expense reporting
-Prepare company packet for new business meetings
-Organize cabinets and make sure fridge is stocked with water
-Order office supplies and keep supply inventory
-Order gifts and flowers for editors and clients
-Work with the Krupp team to keep showroom & office organized
-Assist Cindy Krupp in various daily tasks, including travel, expense
reporting, calendar, reservations and other miscellaneous personal duties
-Assist with additional special projects and events, including Fashion Week
