There is so much beauty news lately, we can barely keep up. Hair is in the spotlight today for some reason.

Frederic Fekkai x Proenza Schouler: Sounds like heaven, right? Imagine, if you will, a Proenza Schouler linen tote bag accented with cornflower blue leather and packed with three fabulous Fekkai hair products. It exists! For $350, you get the bag and three bottles from Fekkai: Advanced Brilliant Glossing Cream, Marine Summer Hair Beach Waves, and Sheer Hold Hairspray. It’s available as a limited edition, starting April 1. Snag one at Saks, Neiman Marcus, or Bergdorf Goodman.

Brazilian Blowout Dropping Lawsuit Against The Agency That Exposed Formaldehyde Levels?: According to No More Dirty Looks, the beleaguered Brazilian Blowout company has dropped its lawsuit against Oregon OSHA, the agency that did the damning formaldehyde testing. BB originally sued OSHA for “spreading false and misleading information.” Perhaps it wasn’t so false, eh?

Rita Hazan’s Root Concealer Was Five Years In The Making: I went to a Sephora event the other day, which is where I was first introduced to the Rita Hazan Root Concealer Spray. I couldn’t find a way to steal it from the display table, so I’ll have to wait until March 24 when it will be available at Sephora. WWD profiled the product today, and it took Rita five years to come up with this formula (the spray apparatus alone took a year to find.) The root concealer gives your roots a quick touch-up and is non-transferable and water/sweat resistant, but will wash out at the end of the day. It comes in four colors–light brown, dark brown/black, red, and blonde. Alas, no pink.

Evangeline Lilly Rolls Around On A Bed For L’Oreal Paris: Stylelist has a behind-the-scenes video of Evangeline Lilly shooting a commercial for L’Oreal’s new Sublime Mousse hair color. She calls the project “editorial and graphic” and even drops the word “dynamism.” To me it looks like Evangeline rolling around on a bed fluffing up her enviable hair.
