Brazilian Blowout Dropping Lawsuit Against The Agency That Exposed Formaldehyde Levels?: According to No More Dirty Looks, the beleaguered Brazilian Blowout company has dropped its lawsuit against Oregon OSHA, the agency that did the damning formaldehyde testing. Rita Hazan’s Root Concealer Was Five Years In The Making: I went to a Sephora event the other day, which is where I was first introduced to the Rita Hazan Root Concealer Spray. I couldn’t find a way to steal it from the display table, so I’ll have to wait until March 24 when it will be available at Sephora. WWD profiled the product today, and it took Rita five years to come up with this formula (the spray apparatus alone took a year to find.) The root concealer gives your roots a quick touch-up and is non-transferable and water/sweat resistant, but will wash out at the end of the day. It comes in four colors–light brown, dark brown/black, red, and blonde. Alas, no pink.
