It is a truth acknowledged by all fashion folk that The Gentlewoman is a universally loved magazine. That's why we're super excited for issue three, covered by hit Brit singer Adele, whose album 21 was recently released in the US and the UK.
This cover is quite different from The Gentlewoman's first two issues, which featured Phoebe Philo with a calm blush background and Inez surrounded by a moody navy. Adele is the first non-fashion celebrity to grace the cover, plus she's shown smoking and framed by the most neon of blues. What do you think of The Gentlewoman's new direction: Timely and fresh or edging too close to other fashion mags?
