Lake Bell Wants Lyn Devon to be the Next GO International Designer

We queued up to chat with Lake Bell last night at Target's GO International celebration because we thought she was HILAR in No Strings Attached. (A seriously good movie, despite what the guy on TaxiTV says.) We also wanted to grill the actress on her personal style, because unlike many of her peers, she actually has some.

What's cool about Bell's red carpet look is that it feels innately her. Whether it's a futuristic Basil Soda mini or a red Versace column dress, it never looks forced or too stylist-y. "The longer I'm in the business, the more I want to have a sense of comfort--which sounds kind of crazy--on the red carpet," she told Fashionista. "It's already so awkward to walk the red carpet that the best thing you can do for yourself is to wear something that makes you feel like you."

Out of the spotlight, Bell says she owns plenty of Rogan...for GO International, of course. "I've been wearing that Rogan stuff since it came out. I also love Tucker...and Proenza Schouler...oh, and Rodarte," she said. "It's cool because Target has such great taste in designers."

As for whom she'd like to see next? "I'm hardcore campaigning for Lyn Devon right now," she said of the designer, whose sportswear styles she frequently wears on the red carpet. "She knows color like no one else. She's got this whole Halston vibe and she's Bill Blass-y...but back in the day. Her pieces are just classic, and that translates well. I think she'd nail it." Um, we agree. Totally.
