Why travel from store to store when it’s quicker and easier to get your shopping done at the mall? This seems to be the philosophy behind superblog Nowmanifest.

The new site is a one-stop shop for the leading personal style blogs. Starting last month, the individual online locations of Bryanboy, Rumi Neely‘s Fashiontoast, Elin King‘s Style by Kling, and the digital counterpart of Industrie magazine, bacame part of the Nowmanifest network.

The homepage boasts instant updates from each of the bloggers–their posts, Twitter feed, and comments from their readers, so you never have to miss a dramatic photo of Rumi in a parking lot or a drunken tweet from Bryanboy.

Blake Lively debuted a new hair color at the Time 100 gala last night, totally forsaking her signature California girl honey blonde hue. She of the hair that the New York Times christened the new “Rachel.” To complete the Little Mermaid look, she wore a seafoam Zuhair Murad couture gown.

We smell a trend. Mandy Moore and Drew Barrymore just went ginger recently and of course Rihanna has been walking around with that flaming hair for months now. Who started it? We’re crediting Christina Hendricks.

Does Karl know she did it?

Just yesterday we reported that W mainstay and styling legend Alex White had resigned from W, and early this morning, her replacement has been announced.

At around 1am EST Edward Enninful took to his brand new twitter account–it’s only two days old–to announce his new position at W magazine, “i have a new job as Fashion and Style Director for W Magazine. Thanks for all the kind words.” Enninful takes over this position from White, who held the position for the last 16 years. He got his start at i-D (he was fashion director there at 18) and for the past ten years has worked as freelance stylist for Italian and US Vogue (you might remember him from The September Issue).

We’re curious to now why White waited until now, months after W’s editorial change-up to leave, and for how long Enninful knew he had the job.

We just got a tip from a very reliable source that W‘s revered fashion director Alex White resigned this afternoon. According to the source, White has left to focus on freelance projects.

If it’s true it’s shocking news, and a shame. White has been at W since 1994 and stuck around through all the recent changes at the high fashion glossy–namely the installment of Stefano Tonchi as EIC and she just launched the delightful blog Alex White Edits (though it hasn’t been updated since March 23).

We’ve reached out to W for confirmation and will update with any news. If you know anything write to us at tips@fashionista.com.

Dossier Journal‘s latest issue, No. 7, hits newsstands this week. It’s jam packed with contributions from writers including Dan Savage and Miranda July, photographers like Francesco Carrozzini, and Lachlan Bailey, and stylists like Kate Lanphear and Alastair McKimm. And that’s just to name a few.

The girls behind the biannual arts and culture journal, editor Katherine Krause and creative director Skye Parrott (both of whom will be speaking at our May 9 “How I’m Making It” panel–wink, wink sign up here), have given us an exclusive look at the complete editorial featuring androgynous model Andrej Pejic, photographed by Collier Schorr. Take a look.

Stylist Lori Goldstein, photographer Nathaniel Goldberg, and Crystal Renn came together to work their magic for a stunning editorial in the June issue of Vogue Japan. They actually came together to produce “A Call for Camp” back in December of last year. I was lucky enough to have the chance to hang out at Pier 59 while the shoot happened, surrounded by McQueen and Marni and yards upon yards of Marimekko fabric that was twisted into tight turbans atop Renn’s head.

While Renn was being tugged and pinned into one such turban, I chatted with the rising supermodel about the plum gigs she keeps scoring, what she wants to do next (hint: it still involves cameras, only the moving kind), and how the constant media chattering about her shifting size makes her feel.

It’s almost beach season, which means if you’ve been neglecting your bikini line all winter it’s time to get that thing in check. Timing is everything when it comes to bikini line maintenance, so we spoke to Cynthia Chua, the owner of Strip Ministry of Waxing, to get some guidance about when, where, and how to keep things nice and tidy.

How soon before hitting the beach or pool do you recommend waxing and why?
Do wax two to three days in advance, especially if you are new to waxing, as people with very sensitive skin might incur slight redness or blotchiness. It will calm down in a day or so. Waxing removes hair from the root, which keeps your skin hair-free for around 2-3 weeks.

How should you take care of the area after you get a wax?
