Nars’ new limited edition “Laguna: Portrait of Paradise” collection will make you wish for warm tropical breezes, especially if you’re stuck somewhere grey and rainy–like NYC. The collection was inspired by Francois Nars’ private island, Motu Tane, which is near Bora Bora. (If you’re interested, it rents for $230,000 per week.)

The three piece collection takes some Nars classics and tweaks them for summer.

The “Blush/Bronzer” Trio is a first for the company and it’s genius. It’s a three-in-one compact which contains an Orgasm blush, Albatross Highlighting blush powder, and Laguna bronzing powder. Anything that’s small and multi-tasks gets a thumbs-up from us.

The collection is rounded out by a Laguna body illuminator and Laguna Multiple stick. The Laguna face illuminator was so popular that Nars formulated this one especially for the body. It’s light-reflecting and will give you a golden bronze glow; plus it smells like tropical flowers. The Multiple stick is darker for summer and flecked with gold. No need to actually ever go out into the sun to look sun-kissed.
