Something unkempt about that hair and the hobo hat makes her look like a street person. Sorry Lizzy, it makes me go euwwww and makes me say get a good wash and haircut!
PS Just remembered what the extremely long hair reminds me of: those men in India who never cut their nails which grow in long curls from their fingers!
