Clara Hwang is kinda far away – she’s based out of Singapore – but props had to be given for her amazing fashion-inspired mood boards. She’s also certified by the Japanese Nail Association, meaning she’s the real deal. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a lace-y nail this intricate before.
