The Sartorialist for Kiehl’s: Hip Dads Being Adorable with their Kids
By Cheryl Wischhover
Father’s Day is right around the corner–June 19!–and Kiehl’s hooked up with Scott Schuman (aka The Sartorialist) for a campaign honoring baby daddies everywhere.
Scott snapped dads and their tots cavorting in the New York City playground where he first started taking pictures of his own daughters, which ultimately led to his current career path. The results of the shoot? Stylish and touching.
To go along with the ad campaign, Kiehl’s is offering a limited edition dopp bag (i.e. a men’s grooming bag), filled with Kiehl’s products chosen by The Sartorialist. The goodies inside are nothing but very manly products: Facial Fuel energizing face wash, Facial Fuel energizing moisture treatment, Facial Fuel no-shine lip balm (what guy wants glossy lips?), Ultimate Brushless shave cream white eagle, and ultimate man scrub soap. We can feel our testosterone levels rising already. It goes for $55.50 and is available now at the Kiehl’s flagship on Third Avenue here in NYC or on Kiehls.com.
You can check out a behind-the-scenes video here. The images and video will be featured on Kiehl’s Facebook page, too, where you’ll be invited to leave your own images of dads and kids.
A no-brainer Father’s Day gift that’s also cool? Done!
