Even though Kanye’s staying mum about his rumored fashion line, his actions (attending Alaïa couture, mining a Central Saint Martins prof and A.P.C. founder Jean Touitou for fashion advice, designing silk scarves with French graphic design and art direction team M/M, and performing in women’s Celine) would suggest otherwise. The latest rumor about Kanye’s forthcoming fashion line comes from Grazia, who is reporting that the rap star will debut his womenswear collection at New York Fashion Week.

Georgia May Jagger‘s been the face of Hudson Jeans for some time, as well as a guest designer for the denim label, and now we hear she’s costarring with another legacy child. This time it’s Patrick Schwarzenegger, the son of Maria Shriver and disgraced actor/former California governor Arnold Schwartzenegger.

It was a blink and you missed it throwaway line in Sarah Jessica Parker’s Vogue cover story that we admit went right over our heads (thanks to Fashionologie for bringing it to our attention)–a little phrase that essentially announced the end of Sarah Jessica Parker’s relationship with Halston’s contemporary label, Halston Heritage, which began in January of last year. Eve MacSweeney writes:

When Sex and the City, to her own surprise, made her a fashion star, she launched her own design label and perfumes, as well as signing on to run the Halston Heritage label, a relationship that recently came to an end.

We hate to pit a 15-year-old against a 13-year-old but it’s hard not to draw comparisons between Hailee Steinfeld’s Bruce Weber-shot fall campaign for Miu Miu and Elle Fanning’s for Marc by Marc Jacobs (9 more of the Juergen Teller-shot images have just emerged on Fashion Gone Rogue). Both are lovely, talented actresses in their early teens who have a sophistication and a fashion sense that is beyond their years. We love both girls and both campaigns equally–we’re not picking favorites. But, it’s hard not to noticed the stylistic similarities between the two, especially in these shots–in which both girls are wearing longish dresses, dark sunglasses, ankle boots, holding brown clutches and standing outside next to tree trunks.

Rosie Huntington-Whitely has been wearing a ton of Burberry Prorsum lately, and now we know why. (Other than the fact that it’s gorgeous, of course.) The model-cum-actress is the face of the brand’s newest fragrance, Burberry Body. The campaign was directed by Burberry’s Christopher Bailey and shot by Mario Testino.

Emma Watson basically can do no wrong with her style choices, as she’s proven time and time again on and off the red carpet.

As if I wasn’t already amped enough for the final Potter film on Friday, Watson’s looks from the premier circuit are making me swoon. She’s already made me want to be a wizard and crop my hair, and now she’s awakened my childhood desire to be a princess with some seriously show-stopping full-skirted strapless gowns. She even looks good in sparkly makeup! The girl has to be magic. My midnight-showing dress-up plans are all going awry; do I stick with the hat and glasses and eyeliner-drawn lightning bolt scar, or try and find my own imitation gilt Bottega Venetta ball gown? Decisions.

Check out Watson’s looks from the red carpet premieres, photocalls and press appearances while she promotes the final Potter installment. Which look is your favorite?

As we reported, Sarah Jessica Parker is featured on the August issue of Vogue, otherwise known as the annual Age Issue. In the cover story, Parker discusses the usual–her upcoming romcom, her kids, her love of New York City, how she doesn’t identify with Carrie Bradshaw, her kids. That being said, her kids really are adorable and, for what what we’re pretty sure is the first time, prominently featured with her in the cover spread. We love this shot of the whole Parker/Broderick clan, but click through for the rest of the photos with James Wilkie, Loretta and Tabitha, shot by Mario Testino. Those twins are too cute for words. Like any other company selling a product, modeling agencies put together promotional materials to showcase their goods, which happen to be beautiful people. And no one does this better and more creatively than top agency Ford, especially their fast growing plus board, Ford+ (they rep Crystal Renn, Candice Huffine and Marquita Pring to name a few). Last month Ford+ put out a “blond story” to showcase their blond plus size models. Over the weekend, they did a promotional shoot that spanned four boards–Women, Direct, Lifestyle and Ford+–featuring only models of color. Models featured ranged from size 4 to 14 and included Marquita Pring, Bre Joyner and Damaris Lewis. And our little spy at the shoot sent us a bunch of behind-the-scenes preview pix.

What do you think of the photos and the concept in general? Is it a good step towards promoting diversity on the all too-often white catwalks and magazine pages? Or is it isolating rather than integrating?
