What I Did On My Summer Vacation is a new series where we ask designers how they’re spending the dog days. Our first contributor is one of our favs, Ten Undies designer Daphne Javitch, who gave us some adorable snapshots of her travels.

Daphne’s summer plans:
My boyfriend Tim and I are in the middle of spending a month in France. It’s work as usual for him (half of his business is in Paris) but this feels more like a holiday to me! I’m running around sourcing and researching for TEN, meeting with stores and European contacts, practicing my French, and eating. Oh-la-la, am I eating! We’ve been traveling outside of Paris on the weekends- usually to Etretat (Normandy), where I met a wonderful donkey named Gabin.
