It goes without saying that the world (us included) has gone a little mad for Kate Middleton. The Duchess' high-low accessibly style has earned her spots on a bajillion Best Dressed Lists, including Vanity Fair's, as well as a cult-like chronicling of her daily outfits on countless blogs (again, ours included). She's so popular that it seems not approving of her would be akin to social suicide. However, not everyone is a fan. Check out our roundup of those who've dared to diss Duchess Catherine and what they've had to say.
After the Royal Wedding: "I would have loved to have dressed Kate Middleton, but I have to wait until she catches up in style a bit." In a recent interview with The Sunday Times "I think she's got a problem with eye make-up! The sharp line around her eyes make her look hard. Either she should be smudgy or wear none...Let me put it this way. It seems to me that her image is 'ordinary woman'. Therefore, high street shopper. And I just think she should be an extraordinary woman, wherever she gets her clothes from."
"I'm sorry, if I had that job I would only wear [a dress] once. If I'm going to be the future bloody Queen of England then I'm going to only wear that dress once and that’s it because I’m giving up the rest of my life, all of my privacy, at least I can get a new dress every day."

Victor and Rolf, when asked by Grazia what they would change about The Duchess
"Different makeup. Less eyeliner and less hair. It would bring out her natural beauty in a much better way." Also, when presented with three photos as hypothetical fragrance inspiration--a peacock, a tulip field and Kate Middleton-- they snub the Duchess for the peacock.
Matthew Williamson (allegedly)
"Kate isn’t a fashion bunny. I don’t know why everyone in fashion is waiting to see what she wears. I’m, like, thinking: get over it."
Jemima Khan on her Twitter
"Kate Middleton - those are not heir-bearing hips are they? Unfeasibly narrow."
Ladies of The View during their Royal Wedding coverage
“What about the schmatte on her head, it was very nun like--very Mother Teresa I thought." --Joy Behar. “[The veil] didn’t have any poof to it, it clung to her head." --Goldie Hawn “I liked it, [but] I thought she was too young to be in the dress. She looked old.” --Sherri Shepperd
