Edon Manor is hiring a Stores Manager!

Edon Manor, a high end multi brand accessories boutique, featuring designers such as Alaia, Givenchy, Proenza Schouler, Alexander Wang and more, is looking for a an outstanding sales and store manager for its store in NYC’s Tribeca neighborhood.

This is a small boutique with limited staff – the main responsibility of the Sales Manager is generating significant sales through clienteling and superior customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Aggressively originate and generate the majority of sales for the store
• Responsible for top line and bottom line performance
• Source high net worth, loyal clientele for the store
• Ongoing communication with clients by phone, email, packages and in person
• Provide exceptional and friendly customer service and ensure the employees also provide the same level of service.
• Ensure interior and exterior of store is maintained to company standards.
• Some management of store employees needed. Schedule, organize and direct them in an ongoing manner.
• Resolve customer problems or complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Communicate store and inventory performance to management, ensuring optimal product availability and inventory turnover.
• Supervise all visual merchandising for the store.
• Communicate, execute, and manage store marketing programs, including in-store events, partnerships, mailers etc.
• Manage store revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation and delivery of deposits to bank.
• Monitor loss prevention and shrink.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum 3 years of significant retail experience in a luxury boutique environment. Experience with shoes and accessories preferred
• Proven ability to generate sales and source clientele
• Extensive book of clients
• Management experience preferred but not mandatory
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Operations experience in receiving, stock and inventory as well as front-end management and office management.
• A friendly, outgoing demeanor, with a sales-oriented personality.
• Must be self motivated, entrepreneurial and dynamic
