Steve Jobs' Resigns as CEO of Apple: A Tribute to His Uniform

It's a sad day for dad jeans and turtlenecks everywhere: Steve Jobs announced yesterday that he would be stepping down as CEO of Apple Inc. While Jobs will remain on the board at the company, he will no longer act as leader or public figure of the brand, which means we're going to see a whole lot less of Jobs' famous uniform: black turtlenecks, jeans, and New Balance sneakers.

While Jobs will remain on the board at the company, he will no longer act as leader or public figure of the brand, which means we're going to see a whole lot less of Jobs' famous uniform: black turtlenecks, jeans, and New Balance sneakers. Jobs debuted his tech-millionaire look in the late nineties and--much like his work at Apple--he knew what he liked, and stuck to his guns. Say what you will about the look but we think the millionaire genius has become a something of a style icon (for better or worse) in his own right.
