Katie Ermilio
We’ve kept a pretty close eye on 25-year-old womenswear designer Katie Ermilio over the past year. We most recently caught up wither her at her upper west side studio, where she was casting her second fashion week presentation, which will take place on Sunday. Katie’s designs capture the understated elegance we are always trying to achieve in a uniquely ageless way. She comes from a family of traditional clothiers and, after a stints in editorial and pr, developed a significant made-to-order and bridal business, all of which give her a breadth of knowledge that shows in her smart wares. We’ve already called her the next it designer and we’re sticking to our guns. -Dhani Mau
